The first thing Highland Brokers does is get to know you and understand your needs. From there, we provide a comprehensive Self Directed Support payroll service. We also set up pension schemes for your employees (also known as PAs or Personal Assistants) and help with employer contracts and employer liability insurance.
There are many services we provide, enabling you to meet your legal obligations as an employer. It can be an overwhelming process, but we are on hand to help you at every stage.
From 1st June 2022, we charge the following set rates per month, with no hidden extra costs:
For 1 to 2 employees - £25
For 3 to 4 employees - £30
For 5 to 9 employees - £45
For 10 or more employees - please ask us
Payroll
It’s essential that your carer is paid on time and with the minimum of fuss. Our expertise and the latest software ensure the best possible service.
We can:

Process your carer’s pay each month using high quality payroll software

Pay your carer on your behalf, either mid-month or at the end of each month

Send payslips each month to your carer - along with a copy to you, our client - showing year to date information

Dealing with HMRC
This can be time consuming and is often complicated, which is why we take the strain for you.
